A+ certification means that a computer technician has been assessed by CompTIA (the computing technology industry association) and has passed the examinations necessary for A+ certification. As well as testing technical knowledge A+ aims to ensure that technicians have the interpersonal skills required by clients in need of technical support.

I can also provide tuition in all aspects of computer use from beginner to advanced.

Pricing and Fixed-Fee Packages
My standard rate is £15 per hour, reduced by 10% if you have one of my leaflets. Tuition is charged at only £10 per hour. I also provide a number of fixed fee service packages as detailed below, avoiding those unwelcome surprise hidden costs:
